Utilizing a carefully curated team of expert architects, structural engineers, and trades, we are able to build anything according to the vision of clients. Our purpose is to deliver projects at a high caliber of quality, safety, and accuracy.
Conditions such as old existing structures and weak foundations, narrow spaces, and close distance to neighbors usually turn many builders away. However, these challenges are exactly what Midtown Homes embraces everyday.

Ali M. Kashani
Co-Founder & Partner
Ali is an MBA graduate from Carleton University. He is also a data analytics graduate from the University of Toronto. He has held various positions in the financial sector, such as controller in the treasury department at City Bank and as an officer in the Ontario Financing Authority. He is also a Home Construction Regulatory Authority licensed builder.
Pouya Tavakoli
Co-Founder & Partner
Pouya is an MBA graduate from Carleton University. He is also a certified jeweler with extensive experience in luxury retail, wholesale, and the North American manufacturing industry. His varied experience has provided him with proficiency in planning, efficient cost management, and advanced design capability. He applies his skills in construction project management on a daily basis for the benefit of our clients.
